I nearly died, I bought another car, and It isn't an evo.

So, since I've last updated this, I got into a slight fender bender.

Appretiate every day, because it can easily be your last, and that's far from just a cliche saying. After that accident in the summer of 2010, I hustled to get my S13 up and running on the new setup, and succeed to do so.

Enjoyed it for all of summer, took it to CT a few times, upstate a few times, countless meets, a few pulls here and there against some turbo cars, and then came what felt like a kick to the throat...my piston ring in cylinder two went. After years of hard boosting, at least 6 diff turbo's, and countless runs, the 20year old motor finally gave up. So now, back to the drawing boards, bigger, faster, stronger...gtr's beware =)

Oh and lastly, here's the daily I picked up,

Let's hope this time I don't die.

p.s, I think I might leave this for tumblr, stay tuned.

Misty wants out her cage

Dear Misty,
It's been such a long road we traveled, the AFTER i crashed my first s13 (R.i.p), i found you, i remember first seeing your fine ass when i was 14, you belonged to my best friend Travis Carrington, but i saw the way you looked at him, whipping that ass out on him when he got out of line, shining that misty metallic paint showing me my reflection on that curvaceous quarter panel , tempting me to caress your body line. That faithful morning of August 15th, 2007 when my first s13 met Staten islands grimiest guard rail at 11a.m, i thought my life dreams were done. Little did i know, the next day I'd see you once again. Just as relationship go, the disappointment that had been my first only to crash and leave, i had found my second, the one i can treat better, learn to do better from my first mistake, cherish every panel as i hadn't with my first. Unfortunately i had learned that my friend Travis that traded misty for a eg civic with an ls swap, and the new owner decided to do an RB swap and gut the car to a shell only making the only progress be a Burberry headliner (which is still there). I contacted him, told him my situation, how i managed to crash my first s13 into a guardrail my third day of having my permit, and that i need a shell to swap everything into and tell my parents i got a paint job, eventually considering him to let go of his failing aspirations for $600.00. I came back with a flat bed via triple A that my friend Insaf Abdur-Rasheed (A Pueto Rican muslim) provided. Towed the BARE SHELL back to my house and slid the frame into my garage only to be towed to my friend Travis Carringtons house the next day where we did the swap. Ironic how the guy that had once owned her taking me to the street races where i thought "man, someday i'll have one the same color"...let alone same car. So as the next day approached, friends showed to Travs good old garage in his Queens Village home, all 15 of them to be exact, friends from Bayside, even as far as Philly, and we got to swapping and by the end of the day we had a Misty Metallic s13 that i then drove home and told my mom i traded my red one for a blue one. Her response? "I LOVE THE COLOR BABA !", god bless my mother, who i'd be without her, i hope i never know. As for my first S13, her remainings were junked, along with a gas tank that was filled the day of the crash by my great friend Insaf, the day i met this kid was the day i crashed my first s13, before heading on our way to the racetrack (englishtown, nj), i decided to fill up, "i'll come with" said Insaf after 5 minutes of talking about turbo H22 swaps, "sure", as we got to the gas station i went in to the Sunoco to grab a drink and as i walk out to dip my bank card in and fill up, i see Insaf filling up for me, "whatya doing man?" i asked, "oh i got it bro" replied this baller. I didn't know if this kid was up to something, loaded, or just the most generous person i ever met, but sure enough, he's still my close friend 3 years later and i doubt that'll change in this lifetime. Anyways, back to the time line of the greatest thing to happen in my 19 years of life. A few days went by and i got her registered and started driving her, take her around the block and downshift, kick the back out and start counter steering realizing i have no power steering at the time and slide right into a parked Honda Accord, being young, stupid, reckless, and on a learners permit i leave and then check out my sweet dented drivers side fender. Lesson learned, street drifting around tight streets with no experience probably isn't the best idea. Anyways, fast forwarding a year and alot of great memories i'll always have, i graduate high school and the summer of my graduated year i turbo my ka24de,

And the first thing me and my friend Sam do is make a video, excuse our teenage pre-puberty voices/personality (i still have mine). I'd wanna thank my great friends for helping me to do so, and for my mom for buying me oil fittings and bolts as my graduation gift lol. Andrew Jaipersaud, you were a big part of this as well after you showed me an auto Ka-t 240 eating up evos on the highway. As time went on i did more to her, and then took a trip to Sunny Southern California to my aunts house where i then scored a set of J.I.C Magic coils for my baby back home. Came back to the big apple and slapped the coils on, making sure to dump the frame as low as possible...as time went on, the stiff coils manage to tear my strut towers in half, making come to a cross road of my build where i either A) Built this shell or B) Sell and find better. Glad to say i took choice A. Out came the carpet, in went the dry ice, out came the sound deadening, in went the fresh layer of paint, and out came the rusted strut towers. After stripping and building for 10 months, i'm happy to say she's almost ready to make her debut this spring...just gotta figure out why i don't have spark, then finish the radiator on the v-mount setup and finally fit my 180 aero kit and R.E-AMIYA carbon diffuser and lay a fresh layer of Misty Metallic. Deff hoping she can make it to Hot Import Nights 2010. Like all good things, time will tell...

My First s13 (Red) along with another s13 i invested in.

Goodbye RUST!

Hello BLOOD!

Undercoating of Ferrari's!

The Process there on after...

Off to the booth...

Out of the booth...

2001 GT-R Silver.

And then went in the motor...

Then came the V-mount...

She's now chilling in the garage awaiting to be finished...

New 180sx Type X bumper, along with chucki skirts and a cf rear diffuser awaits to be put on after she starts up and i can then worry about paint. Hopefully next update will be me blabbing on about how excited i am to paint her. Other then this car that's made my life all the more better, there's a girl that's giving me some hope and laughter i guess, and my mom started squeezing alot more lemons into my food after i nagged enough about not enough lemons being used. I stopped drinking soda (except for Ginger-ale) and the gym's been paying off, this summer should be one to remember (i know we all say this every year), and i haven't done a blowout all year and plan to keep it that way. Aside from my whole two subscribers (Trav n Tan, my double T's, holla gurrrrlll), this blogs a good form of venting. Payce !

Conceited

So, I've been having non-stop dreams and thoughts about a black evo 9...Voltex canards, Arc splitter, Voltex GT wing, Mr roof deflectors, j-spec headlights, black 17x9.5 +15 Enkei nt03's wrapped in Advan neova's, 5% tint all windows, 20% winshield, Plates "GRIPEVO" or "JIBS EVO", with the most raw open wastegate 4g63 sound ever to roam down hillside in a low gear. I really hope i find a steady job and can take the loan out to get an 06 this summer, words can't begin to describe how bad i wanted one the first time i saw it, i was 14, my first day of high school, cold foggy September morning, the 6th or the 8th, around 7:30 on the corner of 84th ave and 168st i see a well projected yellow headlight comming my way cutting through the fog with a piercing loud HKS Super Sequential blow off valve piercing through the air, it was Anthony, a junior in Edison, with an 03 rally red Evo, to this day he still has no idea who i am, well he does, just not that i'm that crazy about his car, and i find it quite weird how i'm explaining this in detail, i remember a separate incident where was walking up the hill from 168th deli to go home after school, and i see Anthony pulled over right in front of Jamaica high (which is soon to be shut down, thank god), cop in his car while Anthony's cheesing to all of his classmates as they all acknowledged how ill the scenario is. The next day i just got out of 8th period, and see Anthony leaving school running, "what's the rush Ant?" asks a classmate, "i got an evo to pay for" screamed Anthony, that right there separated men from boys. I WANT A FUCKING EVO NAOW. HTNRE45UJKMTUDRHSJKMTJDHRJUKD.

GOOD MORNING NEW YAWK ! Up on no hours sleep and i feel GREAT to be alive. Today, i'm gonna make the most of my joyous Sunday as i watch my good friend Travis head to church to see his lovely friend that happens to be a girl, as birds try and defrost from this glorious New Yawk cold, and as me and my broseph tanmantaliban head to the gym followed by the mall to get some waist belt to look fit like some hollister kids from orange county ! Oh, i think i'll dust my garage down in hopes of finding this today:
